Dusty Multiverse

The Fluffy Cloud team is proud to have been a part of the world’s first virtual Burning Man. Working for months, together with the amazing artists and leading engineers at Clipo Labs, we were all able to come together to create something truly unique, magical, and worthy of the Burning Man name: Dusty Multiverse. As a part of the artist community, we created a sound-reactive digital representation of the Cloud, together with a week-long lineup of world-class musical artists that we hoped would bring some magic to all the people, who like us, were trapped at home in the dark times that were 2020.

We are incredibly proud to be able to say we were both contributing artists, as well as part of the leadership team organizing the event itself. In the end, what was created was without a doubt the most accessible Burn experience in the world. Thousands who would might never normally get the opportunity; got to see the playa in hyper realistic form on their digital devices. It may not have been the real playa, but it was still pretty darn magical.

And in a time as difficult as 2020, a little magic was something we all needed.
